Heather is the Agency Principal of Old Town Insurance Group and brings more than 20 years of experience in personal and commercial insurance. As a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Heather is passionate about helping individuals, families, and businesses understand their coverage and find insurance solutions that fit their needs. She is committed to continuing Old Town Insurance Group’s tradition of personal service while providing clients access to a broad selection of insurance carriers.
Jesse is a 5 plus year insurance agent with a strong commercial insurance background and expertise in the habitational health care and hospitality verticals.
John began his insurance career in 1961 with Allstate, which at the time was part of Sears, Roebuck and Co. Wanting to offer clients a broader selection of insurance carriers and coverage options, John helped establish Old Town Insurance Group and is one of the agency’s founders. After more than six decades in the insurance industry, John retired from Old Town Insurance Group in 2025. John still checks in from time to time when he isn’t enjoying his retirement or cheering on his favorite Seattle sports teams.
